We do accept walk-in appointments; however, we highly recommend booking in advance. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an automated confirmation email. We may reach out to you for additional details—please keep an eye out and respond as soon as you can. Failure to confirm may result in your appointment not being secured.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Clients who fail to cancel at least two hours before their scheduled time or miss their appointment without prior notice ("no-call, no-show") will be required to pay a deposit for their next scheduled service.
We understand and value your time, as well as the time of our staff. Missed appointments not only affect us but also prevent other clients on our waitlist from receiving service.
When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time as we keep a waitlist.
HEALTH ISSUES
Please inform our staff at the time of booking if you have any health conditions or are pregnant, so we can better accommodate your needs.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure the best possible experience, please communicate any discomfort you may feel during your visit—whether it’s room temperature, music volume, or massage pressure (softer or firmer). If you need additional assistance communicating with your therapist, don’t hesitate to ask for the manager—we're here to help.
Also, please let our spa coordinator know of any allergies or sensitivities to scents or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.
