CANCELLATION POLICIES
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Clients who fail to cancel more than TWO hours prior to their appointment time OR miss their appointments without giving any prior notification (“no-call, no-show”) will be charge deposit for the Next scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and therefore have implemented this policy for this reason.
When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time as we keep a waitlist.
HEALTH ISSUES
Please notify spa staff at time of booking of any health or pregnancy related issues.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Please notify us of any discomfort such as room temperature,music,or you need anything like a blanket, preferences massage pressure(softer/harder) during your spa experience.If you still need help in communicating with your therapist,please don’t hesitate to ask for the manager immediately to assist you!
